1. How long does the Picnic last?
- Your Orlando Picnic will last 2 hours. You can extend it for an extra fee if desired.
2. How long in advance do I need to book?
3-4 week notice is advised. You may send us an inquiry if you wish to check for dates within a shorter time range.
3. Can I extend my picnic?
- You are able to extend your picnic time for an additional $30 an hour when booking or the same day. We require an hour notice if requesting the same day and time extension is subject to availability. For groups of 6 or more the extra hour fee will be $50 and a 3 day notice is required.
4. Can I leave the picnic at any moment?
- Guests are responsible for the equipment until we return to pick up at the arranged time. If you wish to leave before your time is up, a 20 minute notice is required via phone call or text message.
5. What happens if I’m arriving late?
- While we are here to make your day easier and help you create beautiful memories, we ask that you respect our time and arrive at the agreed time. We may have more bookings to get to and if you are late it will affect our schedule. Please let us know if you are late! A $15 fee will be charged after the first 20 minutes of wait time. After waiting for one hour Orlando Picnic has the right to pick up the picnic without refund. Your picnic time begins from the original time scheduled.
6. Do you provide food and alcohol?
- We do not provide food or alcohol. There are available food options as add-ons which are provided by our partners from Cheesyboxi or Cravegrazing and you are more than welcome to bring your own food. Guests are responsible for following the Parks and City rules. Orlando Picnic is not liable for any repercussions such as tickets or getting kicked out from the location for not following the park rules.
7. What is the maximum amount of guests that an Orlando Picnic can host?
- 24 people
8. Do you offer gift certificates?
